Terms of service

These terms govern access to the website at txgate.com (the “Website”) operated under the TXGate brand (“TXGate”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Website.

These terms apply to the Website and to enquiries submitted through it. They do not replace a software licence, support agreement, or other commercial contract. Any supply of TXGate software is subject to a separate written agreement.

1. About TXGate

TXGate provides information about on-premise and white-label acquiring software. The Website describes product capabilities for licensed financial institutions, payment service providers, aggregators, and other professional counterparties. Publication of product information is not an offer to provide regulated payment services through this Website.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the Website only for lawful professional purposes and in accordance with applicable law. You must not interfere with the security or availability of the Website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use the Website in connection with prohibited activities.

3. Enquiries, demos, and quotes

A request for a demo or a quote is an enquiry, not a binding order. We may accept, decline, or request additional information at our discretion. Any subsequent proposal, licence fee, implementation scope, or service level will be set out in a separate document.

4. Intellectual property

The TXGate name, logo, website design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for internal evaluation of TXGate software. You may not copy, modify, republish, or commercially exploit Website materials without prior written consent, except where applicable law grants a non-excludable right.

5. No warranty

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Product descriptions are informational and may change.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TXGate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Website. Our aggregate liability arising from Website use is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the amount you paid us, if any, for Website access in the three months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the TXGate operating company is established, which will be stated here once company details are confirmed.

9. Contact
